From my first phone call with yourself, I was impressed by your warmth and professionalism. I then came in and discussed my thoughts. You advised me to send you my ideas. Goodness knows how you managed to decipher my sketches, and pull together a design from the various screen shots of rings I sent, which inspired my ideas.

The whole process has been exciting, nerve wracking and emotional (in a good way!). However, every step of the way, I felt safe in your hands. The end result has been absolutely stunning, and better than I could have ever dreamt of. I would not hesitate to recommend Northumberland Goldsmiths, Blyth to anyone. I starting using Northumberland Goldsmiths earlier this year after they were recommended to me by a friend. They have made me a beautiful tanzanite and diamond ring, sold me a lovely diamond and gold bracelet and sized and cleaned rings for me. Very professional service with excellent prices and fantastic selection. If they haven’t got it they can make it! I will certainly be using them again in the future.

They have made bespoke jewellery for me, made repairs, ordered specific pieces, supplied numerous gifts and procured very high quality engagement and wedding rings for two of my sons. Excellent service. Used for my wife’s engagement ring and got both wedding rings there where they created me a bespoke platinum and yellow gold ring. They helped my husband create a bespoke engagement ring and they also have a fantastic selection of wedding rings, which they let you try on and guide you to find the perfect one.
