From my first phone call with yourself, I was impressed by your warmth and professionalism. I then came in and discussed my thoughts. You advised me to send you my ideas. Goodness knows how you managed to decipher my sketches, and pull together a design from the various screen shots of rings I sent, which inspired my ideas.
The whole process has been exciting, nerve wracking and emotional (in a good way!). However, every step of the way, I felt safe in your hands.
